Information about minors submitted by a parent or guardian in connection with youth training programs

2. SMS / Text Messaging Data

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and the consent record associated with your opt-in.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the SMS service itself (for example, our SMS/text messaging service platform), or as required by law.

Service providers who help us operate the Site, process payments, manage ticketing, or send SMS/email communications, bound by confidentiality obligations
Our affiliated academy, Showtime Academy Rock Hill, when you register for training programs through that partnership
Authorities, if required by law or to protect the safety of our patrons, students, or staff

As stated above, SMS opt-in consent and mobile phone numbers collected for our text messaging program are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
