JTF Teams for Jan 2025
|
Showtime Academy and Showtime Theatre Company are excited to announce their JTF teams for this upcoming season. (Please be aware, that not all who auditioned were cast on a team, so please be careful to safeguard to feelings of others.)
JTF team members are required to consistently participate in a level appropriate Theatre Dance class, in addition to JTF rehearsals. There will be a virtual Parent Meeting June 3rd at 6pm. We will send out a link. There is a JTF info sheet under the cast list, for your reference, that will be reviewed at the parent meeting. Note: Pre-Team and Alternates will participate in all aspects of the team, including all rehearsals and events at JTF, excluding Adjudication, unless they can prove that can properly execute the choreography, staging and vocals, at a level consistent with the rest of the team, 30 days prior to the event. The pre-team and alternate positions allows students who are strong in some areas, to experience the JTF process, while they are improving their skill sets in other areas. Note: Current team members can be moved to an alternate position at anytime throughout the rehearsal process, if they are not keeping up with the rehearsal material, staging, choreography and vocals, poor attitude, or if they miss too many rehearsals. This is at the sole discretion of the JTF team directors. *Team members moved to an alternate status will not be guaranteed participation in the adjudication process, and will be held accountable in the same manner as other alternates. |
