Showtime relies on companies and individuals sponsoring and/or donating items to our individual productions.
Production Donations/Sponsorships
Technical Production items needed:
Rear or front Projector- Ultra Short Throw- 30-40 ft width image- high lumens
Scrim- Dual purpose for lighting and projection- 20 X 40 ideal, 15X 30 Minimum
2 large TV's or Monitors- to show season programming and display advertising sponsors.
Rehearsal and performance items needed:
T-Shirts- T-Shirts with the Production name and your company's name as the sponsor – $1000 per production
Program Printing- Playbill style programs - Sponsor's name listed in the program and pre-show announcements– $500 per production
Dream List: Patrons who donate items on the dream list will receive credit, free tickets, and more.
Performance Venue Location- looking for a donated or subsidized large warehouse or storefront space that could be utilized as a performance venue.
Video Wall- looking for a donated or subsidized video wall to use as a digital backdrop for future productions (Similar to ones you see in contemporary churches)
